Hi, I am using Rational Application Developer 6.0 to create a web service. I tried to create a web service from an existing java file i have using the web service wizard and while the wizard is parsing, it encountered the error: IWAB0399E Error in generating Java from WSDL java.io.IOException: Type {https://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema}null is referenced but not defined. I noticed that it has auto-generated a wsdl file. Does anybody has experience generating web service in RAD? Thanks for any help. If you require more information, please ask me. Fang

Try Axis, and see how it fares. Instead of using the IDE, try to generate the WSDL via the commandline using Java2WSDL? http://ws.apache.org/axis/java/ant/axis-java2wsdl.html
